Our product line can treat the smallest to the largest cooling towers.  We have thousands of tons of cooling tower capacity under treatment, no tower is too small or too large.

Engineered systems to meet your specific needs.  Additional equipment may include filtration, remote monitoring, water quality control monitoring, tower cleaning systems.  Our job is to supply you with the appropriate solution for your cooling needs.

Fundamental Operational Principles

The FluidTron system controls scaling by changing scale forming ions to neutral molecules with our positively charged electrode and ground.  These stable molecules stay in suspension rather than attaching to wetted surfaces as scale.  This is done on a continual basis during the normal recirculation of water past our electrodes.  Removing the ions from the water also allows the water to dissolve existing deposits.  The continual recirculation of the water also controls biological growth by raising the pH of the water and by the flow of water through our  electrical fields.

FTR Series

Tubular electrodes held in chamber.  All water exiting from the tower must pass through this module.  Installation is easy and can be done with minimal down time.  The electrodes will be totally submerged once the tower is fully functional.

FTP - PLATE SYTEMS

These modules contain a 12” x @4” plate electrode.  This allows for the treatment of large flow systems.  Towers as larges 8,000 tons have been effectively treated using this design.  This electrode module will be submerged once the tower basin has been filled.
