We have had many successful installations into all types and sizes of towers. Our current customers are all completely satisfied with the results of the Fluidtron they have installed and in most cases have purchased additional systems for other towers that they maintain.
The water saving’s from these systems has been phenomenal. We have averaged a water savings of 50% of the total annual water usage by the tower. Dave Sunderland at State Farm has 8 cooling towers with the Fluidtron Installed. In August 2007 he had just 1 tower with the Fluidtron and 7 towers using chemical treatment. In August 2008 he had all 8 towers using the Fluidtron. He compared his August 2007 water bill with his August 2008 water bill and documented 200,000 gallons less water used in that one month of 2008. The Plaza Companies Med I facility documented 1 million gallons of water saved in the first 10 months of operation.
In 2009 alone, we have installed the Fluidtron into 2 – 400 ton Evapco Towers at 32nd Street and Camleback. We are installing 2 – 400 ton Fluidtron Systems into the Tempe Fountain Head Plaza this month and GE has ordered 14 Fluidtron Systems to be installed by the end of April. That is almost 10,000 tons of cooling towers that will be treated with the Fluidtron in the first 4 months of this year. All of these new customers talked with current users about the system and saw the benefits. They decided the water savings, reduced maintenance time, and the elimination of very dangerous chemicals from the site was important to them and purchased the system.
If you are interested in learning more about the Fluidtron System or would like to see and talk to actual customers using the system, please feel free to call me at 602.264.5100 or email me at dorlando@davedowning.com.
